Shelby graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2016 with a BBA in Finance and Accounting. After five years of working in accounting, she decided to return to school and follow her dream of becoming a registered dietitian. Shelby is passionate about working with eating disorders and helping those struggling to form a healthy, balanced and intuitive relationship with all food. She began volunteering at NEDA walks in 2017 and has been the Family Week recovery speaker for the Laureate Eating Disorders Program on multiple occasions.

NEW MEAL SUPPORT GROUP
It can be very difficult to complete your meal plan by yourself in recovery. Join one of our clinicians as we help you navigate your recovery journey, help you follow a meal plan outside of treatment, gain coping skills, and find a safe place to complete challenging meals.
This will be your safe space to process, ask the questions, and receive a specific kind of support through this process.
The support group is offered at 12:00 p.m. CST every Tuesday. The cost is $40 per session, and there are packages available. The group will have a maximum of 10 people to ensure there is ample time for everyone to participate.
Pre-registration is required and the group is open to those in and out-of-state. Feel free to register for one session or come to all sessions offered. We would love to see you there!

NEW GROUP: Parent & Loved One Virtual Support Group
Parent & Loved One Virtual Support Group happening the second Thursday of every month at 7pm CST. This support group is for parents or family to join. It can be difficult supporting someone with an eating disorder. In these 50 minute virtual calls one of our clinicians will help you navigate your loved one’s meal plan, referring process, addressing behaviors in real time, and more.
