I am so excited to be working on a new and somewhat secret project. Shh. Don’t worry you will be one of the first to know, I promise. In order to jump start this project I need your help! Typically I come up with my own topics, ideas, and blog posts. I can tell what you guys are into by looking at my analytics, but I really want to know exactly what information YOU are needing. What topics still have you scratching your head? What topics have I written about and you are wanting to learn more about? What have I not posted about that you really need answered? What are you currently struggling with that I might have the answers to? And anything and everything else. Please fill out the form below to submit your questions, stories, or concerns. I really want to curate my content to your specific needs!

Exposure therapy is when a practitioner creates a safe environment where an individual can be exposed to items or situations that they fear or avoid. During exposures, the individual works to create new, more realistic belief systems about their fears.1 As daunting as exposure therapy may sound, it can also be an empowering experience. Participants learn that they have the power to confront their fears and manage their feelings of anxiety.
