“Now What” - An Advanced ARFID Training now available for digital download to learn at your own pace
Last fall we had the pleasure of hosting an in-person professional workshop, “Now What” - An Advanced ARFID Training. The response and feedback was so positive we are excited to bring the workshop to the virtual space in order to reach even more providers. We conducted the presentation virtually this past month and recorded it so you can purchase and watch at your own pace.
Details About the virtual ARFID Workshop
You’ve read the books. You’ve attended numerous trainings and webinars. You’ve even sought specific supervision on these cases, so why do you still feel like there is more to know about treating patients struggling with ARFID?
Please join the Dallas Nutritional Counseling team for a virtual, two and a half hour, advanced ARFID training. In this workshop we are skipping the basics and jumping right into intervention, application, and skill building.
Earn 2.5 CEUs or CEDS group supervision, yes even the recorded version!
What people said about the workshop:
“I wanted to let you know that I saw my 9 yo M ARFID client yesterday and gave him autonomy and changed treatment methods (food exposures that are games or don't involve eating) and let him pick from my list and brainstorm his own ideas, and we clarified treatment goals. These were all things I learned/reinforced from your webinar. My client was engaged and animated and talkative and smiley for the first time ever in session. THANK YOU SO MUCH.”
“I really enjoyed the seminar and found it so helpful in giving me some new tools and helping me feel more confident in what I'm doing with my ARFID clients.”
“Really glad i attended - learned a lot!”
“I really like that it dove a bit deeper into applications and strategies to use when working with ARFID patients at different ages and stages.”
“This training was very well organized and loved the case studies”
“I really enjoyed the case presentations and how those worked out for each clinician. Allowed individual perspective and different approaches to situations for application.”
