Featured on Chrissy Powers’ Blog: The Life Changing Benefits of Intuitive Eating
You know the internet is a wild place. There is a lot of crazy content out there.
You can really find yourself down a rabbit hole of unhelpful information, which is why whenever I find an account that I really enjoy following, I just have to share it.
That’s how I feel about Chrissy Powers.
A good friend, who totally gets my message and vibe, told me to check out Chrissy’s account because she thought her message would resonate with me, and the work that I do. She was totally right. Chrissy is a licensed marriage and family therapist, creative coach, and Sure Babe Podcast host. She writes about motherhood and relationships in a way that is truly authentic and relatable. Plus, I love living vicariously through her beach going adventures with her adorable kiddos.
Chrissy openly shares about her struggle with an eating disorder in her 20s and her path to find Intuitive Eating. I couldn’t be happier to be featured on Chrissy’s blog talking about the life changing benefits of Intuitive Eating. Click the button below to read the full post.
